Our Drilling
Units
Drilling is a crucial operation for many industrial applications.
Our capability to drill holes up to Ø32 in steel and tap from M4 to M22 allows us to meet your needs.
Our Cutting
Units
Equipped with modern cutting machines, we can lengthen your tubes, rounds, and other profiles as required. Our cutting capacities range from Ø1 to Ø130.
We have 3 units, including one automatic machine for steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
A raw material storage area enables us to respond quickly to your requests.
Our Bending
Units
Our bending units are equipped with machines capable of performing bends for various radii. This bending capability allows us to produce small, medium, and long series, as well as custom parts.
We offer bending with short-radius benders for diameters of Ø20, Ø25, Ø26.9, Ø30, Ø33.7, and Ø42.4, with other options available upon request. Additionally, our long-radius benders can handle diameters of Ø20, Ø25, Ø30, Ø33.7, Ø42.4, and Ø50, with additional possibilities available upon request.
We also have round bar benders that can process diameters from Ø1 to Ø16, and small-section tube benders suited for diameters from Ø6 to Ø12. Finally, our tube end preparation machine, which can process diameters from Ø20 to Ø42.4, allows for precise and robust tube end preparations for accurate assemblies.

Our threading unit allows for the production of long threads in sizes M8, M10, M12, and others upon request. This capability enables us to produce high-quality threaded components suitable for various industrial applications in steel and stainless steel.
