Two Strategic Days to Build the Future of AMIAUD
At AMIAUD, a Vendée-based metalworking company, we have always placed strategic planning at the heart of our growth to anticipate the needs of our partners and the market. With this in mind, on October 21 and 22, our entire team gathered for a key milestone: developing our 2024–2027 Strategic Project, marking the conclusion of the 2021–2024 plan.
These two exceptional days took place during a temporary pause in our activities due to server replacements. Rather than simply enduring this downtime, we chose to turn it into an opportunity to reflect together on our shared future and to define the major directions that will guide our metalworking industry and growth over the next three years.
Why a New Strategic Project for Vendée Metalworks?
Our sectors are evolving rapidly, and our commitment to continuous innovation drives us to adapt our strategies accordingly. We are now ready to go further with an even more ambitious vision.
The objective is clear for Vendée Metalworks : to align our efforts around new development areas, particularly in research and development, commercial growth, and more, to continue meeting the requirements of our B2B partners across various sectors, such as boating, interior design, agri-food, robotics, and beyond. We will achieve this through our diverse expertise, ranging from laser cutting and polishing to bending, mechanical welding, and passivation, not to mention our specialized units for drilling, bending, threading, and cutting.
Schedule for October 21 and 22 for Vendée Metalworks
The work on our strategy took place in several phases, combining individual and collective reflection, as well as workshops in subgroups, guided by an external expert, Julien Maudet, from Agency H, the communication agency assisting us.
On Monday, October 21, the day began with a brainstorming workshop in small groups, where the teams collaborated to generate ideas for new industrial products for boating or fishing available on AMIAUD PÊCHE and manufactured in our industrial metalworking workshop in connection with our research and development department. This was a valuable opportunity to unleash everyone’s creativity and identify new opportunities. Following that, as part of our workplace safety policy, we took the opportunity to conduct an evacuation drill.
The afternoon was dedicated to the first working session for developing the new strategic project, which included various workshops. This work continued the following day, Tuesday, October 22, with the teams.
A collective commitment to a shared vision
These two days of reflection provided an opportunity to strengthen our capacity for innovation while consolidating our relationships with our current and future partners. By involving all our teams in this process, we ensure a common and shared vision, perfectly aligned with the needs of our clients and the market.
This new strategic project will serve as a roadmap for Vendée Metalworks, reinforcing our commitments and preparing us for the future with renewed ambition.
We would like to thank our B2B partners for their continued support and trust. Through this proactive approach, we will be even better positioned to meet your expectations in the years to come.
