drilling and tapping
of metal parts
Drilling and tapping are essential operations in the manufacturing of metal parts. We carry out drilling operations up to Ø32 in steel, as well as tapping operations from M4 to M22, enabling us to meet a wide range of assembly and fastening requirements.
These operations are fully integrated into our manufacturing process to ensure precision, consistency, and time savings in production.
Threading
of metal parts
Our threading unit enables the production of threads on metal parts intended for industrial applications. We produce various thread sizes, including M8, M10, and M12, on both steel and stainless steel.
This operation ensures assembly reliability and is fully integrated into our complete manufacturing process
Tube and profile
Cutting
We operate several cutting units dedicated to cutting tubes, round bars, and metal profiles to length. Our capabilities range from Ø1 to Ø130 on materials such as steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
Thanks to our four tube cutting units, including one automatic line, and our raw material stock, we are able to ensure strong responsiveness for your metal part manufacturing requirements.
Tube and profile
bending
Our bending units enable us to manufacture custom parts as well as small, medium, and large production runs, with various bending radii adapted to the technical constraints of each project.
We operate short-radius bending machines for diameters of Ø20, Ø25, Ø26.9, Ø30, Ø33.7, and Ø42.4. Our long-radius bending machines can process diameters of Ø20, Ø25, Ø30, Ø33.7, Ø42.4, and Ø50, with additional possibilities available on request.
Our machine fleet also includes equipment for solid round bar bending, covering diameters from Ø1 to Ø16, as well as bending machines for small-section tubes suitable for diameters from Ø6 to Ø12. Finally, our tube notching machine enables us to prepare tube ends for diameters ranging from Ø20 to Ø42.4, ensuring precise and robust assemblies.
Marking

We can mark your parts either directly during the laser cutting process or through dot peen marking during the manufacturing phase. Our dot peen marking solution allows us to apply references, text, barcodes, QR codes, and logos.
