It is within this dynamic that we launched the “Industry of the Future” project, an ambitious programme to reorganise and modernise our metalworking company, which will be rolled out through to summer 2027. Designed as a true evolution of our organisation, this project brings all teams together around a shared objective.
A structuring project to support our growth
AMIAUD’s Industry of the Future project represents a major step in the evolution of our company. In response to growth challenges, changing customer needs and the demands of the industrial sector, we wanted to rethink the organisation of our workspaces and workshops.
This initiative will enable us to :
- strengthen the efficiency of our operations;
- create an environment better suited to both current and future activities.
The objectives of the Industry of the Future project
AMIAUD’s Industry of the Future project was designed to address the company’s development challenges.
It aims to :
- optimise our organisation ;
- improve our production flows ;
- modernise our industrial tools in order to strengthen our performance.
This transformation will also :
- support the future development of our activities ;
- improve ergonomics ;
- improve working conditions for our employees ;
- support our ISO 9001 quality approach.
Through this project, AMIAUD is preparing the industry of tomorrow.
A transformation aligned

AMIAUD’s Industry of the Future project is fully aligned with our continuous improvement approach and with the commitments supported by our ISO 9001-certified quality management system.
The reorganisation of our workspaces, the optimisation of flows and the improvement of our processes directly contribute to our aim of strengthening customer satisfaction and maintaining a high level of standards across all our activities.
This evolution is a clear reflection of our commitment to a more efficient, structured and quality-focused industry.
The key stages of the transformation
End of 2026 : reorganisation of activities
In order to bring these activities together within the same building and optimise logistics flows, the following areas will be reorganised :
- fishing dispatch services ;
- industrial dispatch services ;
- packaging activities ;
- assembly activities.
First half of 2027 : creation of a new welding area in the production workshop
The freed-up spaces will be redesigned to accommodate :
- a larger welding area ;
- a more functional space ;
- a workshop capable of handling larger parts.
Second half of 2027 : reorganisation of the machine park
Complete reorganisation of the machine park in order to :
- improve production flows ;
- optimise the workshops ;
- strengthen industrial performance.
Summer 2027 : project finalisation
Full commissioning of :
- the new layouts ;
- validation of the new work organisations.
