A CSR Approach
Since 2019, at the Heart
of Metalworking
This approach began in 2019, following a CSR assessment carried out with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI) of La Roche-sur-Yon.
This initial assessment enabled us to validate some of our existing practices, identify areas for improvement and progressively structure our commitments in terms of environmental responsibility, governance, local impact and social responsibility.
Specialized in metalworking for the industrial, boating and fishing sectors, AMIAUD, ISO 9001 certified since June 2023, now integrates environmental and societal considerations into its decisions, investments and industrial processes.

AMIAUD’s success is first and foremost built on the expertise and commitment of its teams. We place particular importance on skills development and the well-being of our employees.
Since 2020, more than 1,024 hours of training have been completed to support the evolution of metalworking professions and strengthen our in-house expertise. Knowledge and skills transfer is also at the heart of our approach, with 4 to 6 apprentices joining us each year.
At the same time, we strive to provide a high-quality working environment, with modernized facilities (offices, showroom, changing rooms and cafeteria) as well as regular social events that contribute to team cohesion and well-being.

AMIAUD’s CSR commitment is also reflected in its strong local roots, governance and economic responsibility.
With 55 years of history at the heart of the Vendée region, the company prioritizes short supply chains: 83% of our suppliers are based in France, and 63% are located within 200 km. We also support various local initiatives. The company’s governance is based on a transparent and collaborative approach.
Through these commitments, AMIAUD demonstrates its ambition to develop a sustainable industrial activity, combining economic performance, industrial innovation and social responsibility.
an environmental roadmap
Structured around our carbon footprint assessment
As part of its environmental approach, AMIAUD conducted its first Carbon Footprint Assessment to measure the greenhouse gas emissions generated by its activities and identify the main areas for improvement.
This assessment provides a baseline for structuring a gradual decarbonization strategy and aligning the company’s actions with a long-term trajectory.
