Today, we are taking a new step forward with the launch of our “Industry of the Future AMIAUD” project, an ambitious programme to reorganise and modernise our industrial facilities, which will be rolled out over 2026 and 2027 in line with our ISO 9001-certified quality management system.
This project represents a major investment in the company’s future.
Its objective is to strengthen our organisation, improve our internal performance, optimise our production flows, increase productivity, continuously improve the working conditions of our employees and support the future development of our activities in the metalworking sector. This global project is fully aligned with our 2025–2028 Strategic Plan.
More than just a new layout, this transformation is part of a long-term vision.

As a metal processing company, AMIAUD is continuing its continuous improvement approach to strengthen its industrial performance and support the needs of its customers in the industrial, marine, and fishing sectors, with products available on AMIAUDSHOP.COM.
The “AMIAUD Industry of the Future” project has been designed to address several key challenges:

This transformation will improve efficiency while providing a working environment that is increasingly suited to the needs of our employees.
The key stages of the industrial project.
End of 2026 : reorganization of activities.
The first phase of the project will focus on reorganizing the fishing shipping activity and grouping certain industrial activities within the same building.
First half of 2027 : creation of a new welding area.
Thanks to the space freed up during the first phase, the welding booths will be relocated to a larger and more functional area.
This new layout will provide more space, improved organization, and better working conditions for the teams dedicated to welded fabrication.
Second half of 2027 : optimization of the machine fleet.
The final major stage of the project will focus on the complete reorganization of the machine fleet in our industrial workshop.
The goal will be to optimize production flows, improve workshop organization, and strengthen the overall efficiency of our industrial facilities, particularly for laser cutting, bending, welded fabrication, polishing, passivation, and many other activities.
Summer 2027 : completion of the industrial transformation project.
